Dr. Terry Stephen, or as he preferred "Terry", passed away after a 19-month fight against stomach-esophageal cancer.
Taking care of pets was his passion and his gift. He loved his work, and wanted to offer the very best medical care. He co owned Evergreen Veterinary Service sense 1983 and then started Evergreen Animal Hospital in 2007. Terry could not accept the suffering of animals caused by the lack of finances, so he started the "Angel fund" to help people with the medical cost of euthanasia.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Terry's heartfelt Angel Fund, or his Veterinary school Colorado State University. Both were very dear to Terry. EAH's "Angel Fund" helps pets and families in our community. If you would like to give to the Angel Fund, call EAH @ 303-674-4331 or send a check to:

PS: A little unknown secret; Terry cherished you and your pets as much as you did him!
