Dr. Terry Stephen, or as he preferred "Terry", passed away after a 19-month fight against stomach-esophageal cancer. Terry's belief in helping medical research extended to participating in phase-one drug research in hopes of providing new information on cancer. He wanted others to benefit from him.
Taking care of pets was his passion and his gift. He loved his work, and wanted to offer the very best medical care. He started Evergreen Animal Hospital in 2007, and has practiced veterinary medicine in Evergreen since 1983. Terry could not accept the suffering of animals caused by the lack of finances, so he started the "Angel fund" to help people with the medical cost of euthanasia.
A celebration of life honoring Terry:
April 8th at noon we will have a short dog walk starting at the hospital and coming back by 12:30 for a little sharing of stories.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Terry's heartfelt Angel Fund, or his Veterinary school. Both were very dear to Terry. EAH's "Angel Fund" helps pets and families in our community. If you would like to give to the Angel Fund, call EAH @ 303-674-4331 or send a check to the office addressed to:

PS: A little unknown secret; Terry cherished you and your pets as much as you did him!
